Super Bowl Food for Two
I hope you always think of me when you need small-batch recipes. There are just so many times when we don’t 24 cupcakes or a giant crockpot full of queso. It’s not that I couldn’t eventually work my way through a large batch of cookies or brownies, but I’d rather not, you know? My recipe collection of small batch cupcakes proves that we can enjoy plenty of cupcakes, but so many more flavors since we’re only making 4 or 6 at a time. This Super Bowl Food for Two recipe collection is a mix of appetizers for two, main courses for two, and desserts for two. If you just can’t decide on a dessert, you have to make my dessert charcuterie board–it has a little bit of everything for two people. And since I know you might ask, you can double the recipes to serve a small crowd. If you’re just having a few people over to watch the game, there will be more than enough food here!
Super Bowl Appetizers for Two
We should divide the appetizer into sweet apps and savory apps, and lucky for you, I have both in this recipe collection. I think a great small party needs 1 sweet appetizer and 2 savory ones. Sweet appetizers like fruit dip are on the healthier side, while my brownie batter dip is slightly more naughty (but so good that you have to make it at least once!). The simplest thing on this list is my ham and cheese puff pastry. It’s like a savory pop tart, and the mustard makes it sing. If your Super Bowl party isn’t a party unless bacon is involved, you’re going to want to make my bacon-wrapped asparagus spears. Use green beans, if you like, and you can make these bundles in the air fryer, too! I have some hearty thing in this Super Bowl Food for Two recipe collection, too, like a small batches of chili (two kinds) and a small pan of enchiladas that makes just 4 enchiladas.
Super Bowl Desserts for Two
Since there are so few times we can eat cupcakes decorated like footballs, we just have to do it! My recipe makes 10 cupcakes, which is perfect for a small party. I have small batches of cookies, and since I am from Texas, I have to suggest my Cowboy Cookies. If you’re having a hard time deciding on which dessert, go ahead and make one of my dessert charcuterie boards, so you can have a little taste of everything. Ok, go forth and make small batch party food! I won’t even pretend to know which teams are playing this year, nor do I truly know the date of the Super Bowl. But, I hope you have a delicious spread using my Super Bowl Food for Two recipes.
