So, I know you’ve all seen those super fun French Toast Roll Ups floating around the internet. If you haven’t, just don’t even bother looking. I had this great idea to make some S’mores French Toast Roll Ups and I actually wish I would have taken some pictures of my results. I kind of felt like a guest on the Pintester. I’m not even sure if she’s tackled French Toast Roll Ups, but if she hasn’t, that should probably be her next project. I like to think that I’m somewhat capable in the kitchen (and I like to think that you think that, too! ‘Cause otherwise….), but you guys — they were a hot mess. Like hot hot, and a mess. Maybe I used the wrong kind of bread or something? I don’t know. So I was totally bummed because I had no idea what I was going to bring to you. I wanted to do a fun end-of-summer-back-to-school breakfast/brunch/brinner and I thought I had the perfect thing. And then I thought, “let’s just take that idea which was already awesome, and make it easy. Like, for real easy. And not just, ‘I’m a food blogger so I can make hard things look easy’ easy.” Because apparently I can’t actually make French Toast Roll Ups look easy anyway.
